There are a number of inconsistencies in the results. The methods section stated that there are 75 on-call nurses and 75 working regular shift. In the second table in the results stated that there are 92 nurses working more that 40 hours per week and therefore considered to be on call. In the paragraph after figure 4, talk about day shift, evening shift and rotators. Then in the table 4 and 5 says there are 67 nurses working on call.
I need to describe the SWING scale in the methods section it is not clear how this has been scored, how these scores should be interpreted (what is a good score an what isn\’t) or what mean by \’weighted\’ average.
