Describe how to create the design for the Pontiac College Internship Program.

Comment:
The client asked for your help in creating the design for the Pontiac College Internship Program. Your memo should be addressed to her, and should briefly describe the attachments to your memo and provide any discussion of the attachments that doesn\’t otherwise fit within the attachment format. It also should mention any assumptions you made regarding the program or concerns/challenges you encountered and how you resolved them. Assumptions: 1- An agency can have more than one internship. 2- a student can have more than one internship ( in different term/year). 3- an internship can have more than one student ( add # positions field).: Task Picture. Similar to the one shown by Viescas, my page 9. Task Sheets, aka, Application Design Worksheet #1. One per task; typed. First Cut Subject Sheets, aka, Application Design Worksheet #2. One per subject, typed. Revised Subject Sheets. All final prospective subject worksheets, after applying \”normalization.\” Make sure you indicate which field(s) will serve as the Primary Key. Entity Relationship Diagram Showing Relationships Between Revised Prospective Subject Sheets. Either (a) following the format shown on page 7 of my PowerPoint handout from last Thursday\’s class (use the drawing package in Microsoft Word or Powerpoint (or what ever other package you choose), or (b) if you want to create tables in Access (with just the field names) and establish relationships as shown in Tutorial #4, a screenshot of the relationships view is sufficient. Whichever approach you choose, make sure you explicitly identify the primary key and the foreign key — probably in the memo if you choose approach (a) or just as shown on the relationships picture if you choose approach (b).
